Dillon Barks, representative for Massman Construction, and Brandy Baldwin, MoDOT representative, spoke to about 20 people gathered at Riverview Park in Louisiana on Saturday, Oct. 27.
They gave a brief update about the progress made on the Champ Clark Bridge and what is to come over the next month before opening it up for questions.
Keith A. Killen, Transportation Project Manager for MoDOT’s Northeast district, emailed the Press the following statement:
“This past month we celebrated another project milestone by completing the structural steel for the project. The high water was both a blessing and a curse.
