Three people, including one infant, were injured in a car crash Thursday in southern Pike County.
According to a report by the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a sports utility vehicle drifted off the right side of the road near the intersection of Rte. E and Reddish School Road.
It struck an embankment and overturned, injuring three residents of Shilo, Ill.
The car was being driven by a 48-year-old woman named Bobbie J. Randel. Billie J. Randel, 22, and Hunter Ramsey, an infant, were passengers.
Hunter and Bobbie Randel were both wearing seatbelts and suffered minor injuries. Billie Randel, who was reported not to have been wearing a seatbelt, experienced moderate injuries. Billie and Bobbie Randel were taken to SSM Health St. Joseph Hospital in Lake St. Louis. Hunter was taken to a children’s hospital by Lincoln County Ambulance.
