Sewer work to lead to Georgia St. repavement

Posted on Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at 3:00 pm

Projects are being set in motion in Louisiana.
“If we have any hope to pave this season on Georgia Street we have to act,” Louisiana City Administrator Kelly Henderson said during the Monday night council meeting.
The entire length of Georgia Street will be re-paved.
A start date was not given. The city needs to finish up sewer work before the paving can begin.
“We feel comfortable moving forward with this,” Henderson said.
