The hospital has found its new leader.
Tylie Mills will take over in the CEO role at Pike County Memorial Hospital, replacing Justin Selle who announced his departure on June 20.
“I’m very excited to transition into this role,” Mills said
“I am honored and excited to serve my community as the new CEO of PCMH. Ensuring high quality patient safety and care to our patients is my top priority. I plan to continue to assess our community needs and bring new services to our hospital to support the growing needs of our community. I am dedicated to becoming the choice of care for our community as well as providing a great place to work for our PCMH team.”
Mills started her nursing career in 1997 at the hospital before leaving for SSM Health in St. Louis for a little less than a decade.
She returned to Pike County two years ago and was the Director of Nursing before accepting the new position.
Before the director role, Mills was the emergency department and EMS director for Pike County Memorial Hospital.
