A lawsuit started over three years ago by former Louisiana City Administrator Robert Jenne against the City of Louisiana and former Mayor Bart Niedner reached a conclusion with the jury’s verdict on Friday, Oct. 26.
In case number 1711-CC00215, the jury found one claim in favor of Jenne against Niedner and the city as well as one claim against Jenne and in favor of Niedner and the city.
Jenne had filed a charge of age discrimination with the Missouri Commission on Human Rights, a part of the labor department, and a charge of retaliation in March 2015 against former Louisiana Mayor Bart Niedner and the City of Louisiana.
