Music in the Park
May 2 @ 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm

Eastern Missouri Cowboy Church will present a free music concert in the Bowling Green Park on Saturday, May 2 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m, weather permitting.

Louisville Christian Church service
May 3 @ 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm

The Louisville Christian Church will hold a service on Sunday, May 3 at 2 p.m., Elder Carla Potts  of Elsberry will be the minister and Mrs. Malaise Hagemeier, pianist. The church was formed in 1832 and is the oldest Christian group west of the Mississippi. The church is located on Route Z  in northern Lincoln County. Communion will be served and everyone is welcome.

Noix Creek Cemetery Association annual meeting @ Elmwood Presbyterian Church
May 3 @ 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm

The annual meeting of the Noix Creek Cemetery Association will be held Sunday, May 3 at 2 p.m. at the Elmwood Presbyterian Church in  Louisiana. Spring clean-up and a possible fund raiser will be discussed.

PCMH Diabetic Support Group meeting @ Hospital Cafeteria

PCMH Diabetic Support Group will meet Wednesday, May 6 at 6:30 p.m. in the hospital cafeteria. Topic:  Patient Concerns with Diabetes Management and the Diabetes Distress Scale.

National Day of Prayer @ Louisiana Riverfront
May 7 @ 12:30 pm – 1:30 pm

The National Day of Prayer observance will be held Thursday, May 7 at 7:30 a.m. at the Louisiana Riverfront Park. It is being sponsored by the Louisiana Ministerial Alliance. The public is invited. In case of inclement weather, the event will be moved to the council room on the lower level of Louisiana City Hall.

Making Peace with Your Past classes @ Pike County Health and Hospice Conference Room
May 7 @ 11:00 pm – May 8 @ 12:00 am

Pike County Center for Women’s Ministries will be starting classes on Making Peace with Your Past by Tim Sledge beginning May 7. This women’s only class will be Thursdays at 6 p.m.  for 11 weeks at Pike County Health and Hospice Conference Room.  The class is limited in size and there is a workbook fee. Spring Clean-up @ Greenwood Cemetery

Greenwood Cemetery of Clarksville will hold its Spring Clean-up May 9 at 9 a.m. In case of rain it will be held May 16 at 9 a.m. If an arrangement needs to be kept, please remove it by May 9.
