The Louisiana FFA will hold its annual plant sale on Tuesday, April 28 from 4-7 p.m. and on Thursday, April 30 from 5-7 p.m.
Kountry Friends Relay for Life Team will host Quarter Madness at the VFW in Bowling Green on Friday, May 1. Doors open at 5 p.m. Games will start at 6:30 p.m. sharp. Food will be available.

Eastern Missouri Cowboy Church will present a free music concert in the Bowling Green Park on Saturday, May 2 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m, weather permitting.
The Louisville Christian Church will hold a service on Sunday, May 3 at 2 p.m., Elder Carla Potts of Elsberry will be the minister and Mrs. Malaise Hagemeier, pianist. The church was formed in 1832 and is the oldest Christian group west of the Mississippi. The church is located on Route Z in northern Lincoln County. Communion will be served and everyone is welcome.
The annual meeting of the Noix Creek Cemetery Association will be held Sunday, May 3 at 2 p.m. at the Elmwood Presbyterian Church in Louisiana. Spring clean-up and a possible fund raiser will be discussed.

The National Day of Prayer observance will be held Thursday, May 7 at 7:30 a.m. at the Louisiana Riverfront Park. It is being sponsored by the Louisiana Ministerial Alliance. The public is invited. In case of inclement weather, the event will be moved to the council room on the lower level of Louisiana City Hall.
Pike County Center for Women’s Ministries will be starting classes on Making Peace with Your Past by Tim Sledge beginning May 7. This women’s only class will be Thursdays at 6 p.m. for 11 weeks at Pike County Health and Hospice Conference Room. The class is limited in size and there is a workbook fee.
