The Louisiana Farmers’ Market will operate on Wednesdays from 4-6 p.m. and Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to noon at Sunset Park.

Pike County Chapter NSDAR will meet at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, June 3 at First Presbyterian Church in Louisiana. A program on American Indians will be presented by Associate Member Sue Warchoza. Plans will be made to attend the Missouri State Society DAR annual Flag Day event in Boonville on June 13 and the local area Flag Day observance on June 14 in Curryville.

Making Peace with Your Past classes @ Pike County Health and Hospice Conference Room

Pike County Center for Women’s Ministries will be starting classes on Making Peace with Your Past by Tim Sledge beginning May 7. This women’s only class will be Thursdays at 6 p.m.  for 11 weeks at Pike County Health and Hospice Conference Room.  The class is limited in size and there is a workbook fee.
