  • RFL kick-off rescheduled

    Pike County Relay for Life’s kick-off to “Finding a Cure at the Country Fair” has been rescheduled for March 8 from 2-4 p.m. at the Twin City Bowl at 3511 Georgia Street in Louisiana.   • Food drive gets support from Pittsfield business

    Recently the Louisiana High School Interact Club approached Pittsfield Save-A-Lot about supporting a canned food drive for the food pantry prior to the holiday season. Save-A-Lot responded by donating three shopping carts full of canned goods to help feed the needy in the Louisiana area!   • February is beginning of big push for after prom

    By Elijah Oblinger The After Prom Committee is kicking off their fund raising this February by selling chocolate covered strawberries and holding an LHS Alumni Basketball game. All of the money raised by these events will go directly to the after prom fundraiser. Chocolate covered strawberries will be sold for $8 for six strawberries.
