Victorian life focus of Louisiana museum annual spring program

The Louisiana Area Historical Museum will present its annual spring luncheon Saturday, May 10, featuring Carolyn Miller of Sedalia.   • Power line opponents to meet

    Despite Clean Line Energy’s announced decision to take a proposed high power line through Ralls County and not Pike County, opponents are still meeting in hopes of stopping the project all together. Opponents are also concerned the line could still come through Pike County. The Block Grain Belt Express group will meet at 7 p.m. on Thursday, April 10 at Mark Twain High School in Center.
