Pike County Historical Society is sponsoring a tour of the Clarence Cannon Wildlife Area near Annada on Tuesday, Oct. 14 prior the society’s meeting. Those interested in seeing the wildlife area should meet President Paul Lewis and Candy Chambers in Annada at 4 p.m. There will be carpooling as necessary to travel through the area. Chambers will be leading tour and describing the areas as they are seen.
Pike County Emergency Response Commission (PCERC) will have its quarterly meeting on Oct. 14 at 5 p.m. at Dyno Nobel. Meet at the guard shack.
