Louisiana boys capture Monroe City tournament

The Louisiana Bulldogs boys basketball team won three games and lost one last week and are now 4-1 for the season. The wins included the championship of the Monroe City Basketball Tournament. That victory was the 100th win for Head Coach Derrick Branstetter, who is in his eighth year leading the Louisiana program.     The Louisiana Bulldogs beat the Paris Coyotes, 55-38, in the first round of the Monroe City Basketball Tournament on Monday, Dec. 8.
