Seven Bowling Green residents hurt in crash
Seven Bowling Green residents, including five children, suffered minor injuries on Thursday, Aug. 15 in a two-vehicle accident on Hwy. 54 west of Curryville, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, (MSHP).
Taken to Pike County Memorial Hospital were driver Johnny L. Chapman, 29, and passengers Amber N. Heck, 28, Jason C. Chapman, 5, Lavonte J. Heck, 5, Austin D. Heck-Crockett, 6, Dustin L. Heck-Crockett, 4, and Jenny M. Heck-Crockett, 7.
The accident occurred when Chapman’s vehicle rear-ended a pickup truck being driven by Gregory L. Luebrecht, 54, of Curryville, the MSHP said.
