The Clarksville Chili cook-off will be from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Appleshed in Clarksville. Samples will be available for 50 cents and live music will be performed by the band, Everyday People.
The Louisiana Alumni and Friends Association Steering committee will meet at 9:30 a.m. in the fellowship hall at the First Christian Church in Louisiana.

Relay for Life of Pike County is hosting its annual Survivor’s Celebration and Tea from 2-4 p.m. at the Henry Lay Center on Hwy. UU.

The Louisiana Area Historical Museum is presenting Judy Schmidt’s program on the art of pioneer quilting at 1 p.m.

The Republicans of Pike County will meet at the Faith Baptist Church in Louisiana. A carry-in supper will be served at 6:30 p.m. followed by the business meeting.

Clarksville will host its citywide Yard Sale. Early bird starts at 7 a.m. while regular sales begin at 8 a.m.
