Instead of making room for more wrapping paper, cookie dough, or other what-nots you rarely use, the Clopton 2013 After Prom Project is helping you take back your drawers and closets.
Drop off your unwanted shoes, purses, backpacks, and totes (any condition accepted) from March 19-April 17 at the following locations: Clopton School, Clarksville Veterinary Clinic, Whiteside Post Office (Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-3 p.m. or Sat. 8 a.m.-10 a.m.), or the Eolia City Hall (Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-4 p.m.)
With the help of Gateway2Give, funds raised from the sale of the donations will directly benefit the Clopton 2013 After Prom Project. In addition, a portion of the proceeds will go towards clean water missions in developing countries.
Through Gateway2Give, www.gateway2give.com, donations are repurposed for sale in developing world countries, helping to grow microbusinesses and local economies, while decreasing the load on local landfills.
