The Annual Awards Ceremony for the Mark Twain Association of Realtors was held Jan. 24 at Fiddlestiks Restaurant in Hannibal.
The association serves five counties in Northeast Missouri and consists of approximately 140 realtors.
Century 21 The Wells Group, LLC, of Bowling Green, has several agents whom were honored with the Awards of Excellence. Through their performance records, the agents have shown that their customers are their number one priority. The following awards were presented to these agents:
The Platinum Award for members who had $4,000,000 in volume or 45 transaction sides of real estate listings or sales was presented to Pam Todd-Watts and Holly Henderson Johnston.
The Gold Award for $3,000,000 in volume or 35 transaction sides was received by Len Scherder.
The Silver Award for $2,000,000 in volume or 25 transaction sides was received by Earl Dixon.
“Our agents approach everything they do with passion and professionalism and have truly become leaders within the Pike County community that they serve and within the local real estate community,” said Brenda Wells, broker/owner of Century 21 The Wells Group, LLC.
