Summer Story Hours scheduled

The Friends of the Louisiana Library recently announced the Summer Story Hours that will take place at the Library each Wednesday in July.
On July 2, 9, 16, 23, and 30 from 2 p.m.– 3 p.m. children ages four to seven and eight to 12 can participate in the “Fizz, Boom, Read” programs.
Other themes this summer will include “Fiesta” (highlighting books from the GFWC Literacy Grant) and “Fun With Art.”
Youngsters attending the Story Hours will listen to read alouds, participate in art and craft activities, select small gifts, and receive a “Keep Book” at each session.
Refreshments will be served each Wednesday.
The Friends of the Louisiana Library sponsor the Story Hour.
